My first thought would be to hire out some muscle to encourage the squatters to leave. If that failed, the muscle would then start escorting the squatters out in a really undiplomatic way.

In Holland during the 70’s it was very difficult to remove squatters. the youts called them “Crack Houses” and they would trash them out then move on to another one.
