Conway downplays Trump's Epstein retweet: 'I think the president just wants everything to be inves

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway on Sunday addressed President Trump’s retweet of conspiracy theories about the death of financier and accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, saying on “Fox News Sunday” that he “wants everything to be investigated.”

Conway was responding to a question from Fox's Bill Hemmer about Trump's retweet of a post blaming, without evidence, Epstein's death on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former President Clinton.

“I think the president just wants everything to be investigated," she said.

Epstein died by apparent suicide this weekend while in jail.

The counselor to the president also defended Attorney General William Barr’s response to Epstein’s death and his vow to conduct a full investigation, telling Hemmer, “Everybody should be at least relieved when an attorney general takes action as quickly as Attorney General Barr did yesterday.”

Conway added that after the investigation into potential Russian collusion, it only made sense to investigate Epstein’s links to former President Clinton and former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson (D).

“This seems to be very concrete, so let’s continue to investigate,” she said.

She downplayed Trump’s own links to Epstein, saying the two of them merely appeared in a video clip together. The two were known to run in the same social circles in New York and Florida, and Trump told New York magazine in 2002, “It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”

Trump told reporters in July that despite calling Epstein a “terrific guy” in 2002, he “had a falling out with [Epstein] a long time ago” and “was not a fan.”

Several guests on the Sunday morning political talk shows weighed in on President Trump's retweet of a conspiracy theory surrounding Jeffrey Epstein’s apparent suicide in jail, with the White House downplaying the president's post and several 2020 Democratic presidential candidates criticizing him for it.

Guests also discussed the outlook for gun reform legislation in the wake of mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio and recent raids that swept up undocumented immigrants in Mississippi.

The Media can’t help but repeating what Trump said (about Epstein being a ‘terrific guy’) but that was BEFORE he was convicted and became a KNOWN pedophile. But even before that Epstein was banned for life from Mar-a-Lago, once Trump found out he propositioned a teenager girl there. - why don;t the media repeat that?

Why don’t they repeat Bill and HilLIARy’s 27 trips to pedophile island AFTER Epstein was convicted?

Not gonna click on the link. Just tell me whether or not The Hill points out that the falling out came after Trump kicked him out of Mar a Lago.

Ann Coulter insightfully postulated that if the hate-filled media
thinks Trump is connected to the Epstein suicide, they’ll stay on the story.

All he did was plant a seed. Let others water it. Which they are doing. No a bad tactic.

Seeing the reaction on social media yesterday, it was pretty obvious a good chunk of the population thinks Epstein met the same fate of Vince Foster, Ron Brown, Web Hubbell, etc.

There were the paid trolls trying to derail, but they weren't having much of an effect.

Prediction: as the 2020 election gets closer, and if it looks like Trump is going to win handily, the Deep State is going to try and get the US embroiled in a major war.

Wow, that’s amazing, what I just heard.

Remember when Harvey Weinstein was trying to payoff or shutup the girls decrying his behavior..?

Remember that BLACK CUBE, the IDF-affiliated, Blackwater-style private intel group was what Weinstein used to fakeBefriend and then spy on and harass the girls into silence..?

HOW did the services of Black Cube come to Weinstein’s attention..?

The freaking ex PM of Israel, Ehud Barak, introduced them to Weinstein..! Can you believe this..?

And how did Ehud Barak know Weinstein? Via EPSTEIN..!!

Isn’t this amazing? The circle is COMPLETE:

You can bet that the first person millions thought of when they heard of his "supposed" suicide was Hillary and Bubba.

And where is Obama's big mouth on this?

The retweet was brilliant. Why? It forced millions to watch Terrance K. Williams, a funny Black dude who strongly supports Trump, rip the Clintons, FBI, etc. Trump led them to water, and they drank.

I think it was probably 8 out of 10 people correctly predicted Epstein’s outcome.

The investigation should start with the particular person who made the decision to place him in that particular jail. Next, who made the decision to take him off suicide watch. Then, the guards who conveniently abandoned him (not that he was a sympathetic figure) setting the stage for the expected outcome.

In the part that was quoted; “Trump told reporters in July that despite calling Epstein a “terrific guy” in 2002, he “had a falling out with [Epstein] a long time ago” and “was not a fan.””

As of today, Web Hubbell is still alive. As Chelsea's father it's unlikely the CCC will off him.
