Mu hands were fast and dexterous even as a little kid. Must be a handicap to have two right hands. If you had used a left your handiwork would have been at least a little sinister . . . ous (heh heh).

Romanists do not have a true gospel to begin with, my FRiend.
Anyone who thinks that you can have a saving faith but then lose it necessarily subsribes to a false “gospel.:

Been following this, and it seems as though y'all missing the point. I heard nothing about being
saved by this scapulator thing. From the wording it only looks like its only claimed to just be a
firewall.
Has this thing been checked out with Norton or McAfee?

>> However, it does not say wearing the scapular is what saves.
That is just a simple literary fact. <<
It's also a very obvious fact from visible examination that the Shroud of Turin couldn't save anyone from fire. Maybe somebody forgot to tack a scapular on its storage container. But now they're not counting on a scapular for it. They have it hidden in a fireproof box, or so I thought someone said upstream on this thread. But maybe it could save you from X-rays . . .
Maybe Mary wasn't around when the fire started . . . hmmmm.

The Shroud of Turin: Evidence for Everything? You will surely be interested in this, and I wish I had it at hand a couple of days ago when you first put up this post.
And before the thread turned into another Freekin' Freekin' Theological Brawl.TM Mostly, I'm adding it to the thread as part of my madcap, makeshift informaiton storage system. The best way I can re-find this article is probably bu searching for it in Free Republic.
My own bookmark system is so useless. Everything crammed chaotically into every category.
If my brain looks like my catch-as-catch-can external info retrieval schemes, God help me!!

Well, when I was a catholic, I believed we were saved by baptism, Sacraments, good works, and membership in the one true church. Since I am now, an ex catholic, I dont believe that false doctrine anymore.

Interesting article! The term 'radiance' is spot on. Did the face of Moses radiate after neing in God's Presence? The spacetime implications of energy source are iof great interest to me since I am convinced there are spatio-temporal variable coordinates we cannot perceive currently, that exist as real as sunshice. Some of those coordinate limits will available to us when Jesus returns in the first Heaven to collect His Body of Christ and return to the Father's House. Why do I say that? Because John wrote that when He appears we shall see Him as He really is now in His glorified body, for we shall be LIKE HIM in that expanded coordinate state.
There are lots of examples of those coordinate states scattered throughout the Bible, Old and New Testament.
Is the Shroud the real burial wrapping of Jesus my Lord? I cannot prove it but I believe it, even as that belief is not required for my membership in His family.
