The FBI agent brother of an NYPD cop accused in a murder-for-hire plot killed himself while out of town with other agents, law-enforcement sources told The Post on Wednesday.
Salvatore “Sal” Cincinelli, 41, was found with at least one gunshot wound inside the Container Bar in Austin, Texas, when cops arrived there shortly before midnight on July 16 in response to a report of gunfire, a spokeswoman for the Austin Police Department said.
The incident is being investigated as suicide, the spokeswoman said. She wouldn’t elaborate.
Cincinelli was a former Wall Street trader who joined the FBI in 2011 and led financial-crime investigations in New York City before being promoted to the bureau’s headquarters in Washington, DC, according to biographical information posted online.

I could be wrong, but for suicides, isn’t it usually one gunshot wound, AT MOST? Maybe he only wounded himself with the first shot.:)

With Clinton related suicides, they usually shoot themselves in the back of the head at least twice.

We have come up against that a million times over the past 20 years.
The fact that there's no MSM coverage should mean NOTHING to any of us here at FR.
Like you, I remember the self-annointed few dumping cold water alllll over this apparently unwanted story, owing simply to the fact that the WaPo didn't rush off to throw in onto their front page.

Back in 1983, I think it was-a Georgia Building Authority security guard committed “suicide” in a Douglasville bank parking lot around 2 AM by shooting himself 17 times according to the GBI who investigated the incident. Not another word was ever uttered about it, even on the 3 Atlanta news stations. The only reason I know about it was I was employed by the state radio shop at the time and whilst removing a GBI agent’s 2-way radio in his old car, I found a copy of the coroner’s “report” detailing the man’s death. The coroner claimed he had hooked his thumb in the trigger and as each round struck his body, his body’s reaction caused him to pull the trigger again. Now, that’s some rather amazing bullchit, ain’t it?
Well, the first story claimed he spearheaded investigations into the Clinton Foundation...this story only confirms he is dead, not that he was on any investigation concerning the Clintons. Not that it would surprise me, but this just doesn’t confirm the alleged connection.
It’s not that the press don’t like it, it’s the press is told to wait, and it does. Problem with earlier report was reputation of TruePundit.
