See #1530 - NImerc has a different interpretation and if he’s right then I agree the recanting is a bigger deal than I originally thought. It sort of depends on what Lieu asked and what the answer was (obviously). Perhaps I didn’t fully understand what Lieu asked and received in reply.

The more this hearing goes on, the more it becomes painfully clear that not only did Bob Mueller not write his own report—he was barely involved or in control of it at all.
You know who was? His team of Democrats.
This was a resistance-driven partisan witch hunt all along.

AND the media will conclude the same, even though this is the same old same old. Now the game begins to foment hysteria and give cover to the Dems moving towards impeachment, the final nail in the coffin of the Dem party , a hail mary. Frankly, I expect it, why not try one last gasp thing before it's all over.

Instead of repeating every question, the GOP should have minutes added to their allotted time each time Mueller pulls that sh!t. Interesting that he has complete comprehension when Rats ask questions, but when it’s GOP, “Move your mic closer.” “Would you repeat the question?”
NOt all the media. Lots of the media, and also David Axelrod, are acknowledging that this is embarrassing.
Dems know they’ve lost this and so aren’t pushing back harder. They’ve given up.
