Guilty but we didnt indict because of OIC - leiu interpreation
Rush just played Mueller’s correction and it’s clear it was just a minor correction, not a major walkback.
Mueller is still saying the only thing that kept him from recommending indictment was the OIC guideline. So he is standing by his main point.
This still puts him at direct odds with Barr, who said Mueller told him repeatedly that the OIC guideline was NOT the only reason.
Stewart point out that EVERY leak from Mueller’s team was anti-Trump - never anything that would help him.
Mueller, of course, refuses to answer.
So... question... why does he get to simply refuse to answer whatever he doesn’t feel like answering?

Our guys should just repeat every question twice because Mueller CONSTANTLY has them repeat themselves to stall answering.

Then he said even if there was a leak it wasn't from his office, like perhaps maybe the Russians leaked it, sheesh.

Tired of indictment after office being presented as something new
We’ve heard this over & over ad nauseam these past few years
Ahem, it's the ONLY reason this charade is on TV.
But when it was pointed out the leaks couldn't have come from anywhere else he didn't respond, just stared into space.
It is of no practical difference. If I understand it he first said “The OLC would not let us indict him” and now he says “We did not really think about indicting him because of the OLC”.
