IG Report Delay, Declassification and Investigative Timeline…
Conservative Treehouse ^ | 7/22/2019 | Sundance

With most DC speculation now placing the timing of the IG report on FISA abuse likely around September or October, this is a both a reminder of sorts and a warning of sorts.

August 31st, 2020, shuts the historic window for any prosecutorial action involving the DC system that circles politics. By custom, the 60-day window surrounding any DC election has historically been considered off-limits to avoid the appearance of election interference. With that in mind we are rapidly approaching a one year countdown at the end of August.

Three months ago U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr asked President Trump to abdicate his declassification authority to the DOJ office. On May 23rd, 2019, President Trump gave AG Bill Barr that authority. A month later, against the backdrop of more evidence surfacing showing corruption within the DOJ and FBI, on June 14th, 2019, twenty three House republicans asked President Trump not to wait for Bill Barr.

Here’s the list of material possible for declassification, and the intelligence offices who hold custodial authority over the compartmented documents. This was the original list as outlined in 2018:

"He FAILED to arrest SecStates who would not comply with Kris Kobach’s voter fraud investigation."

Years ago the Supreme Court ruled that non-federal government officials cannot be forced to become implements of federal law. This came about due to the attempt to make local sheriffs implement federal gun control laws.

It does appear that Trump made a huge mistake in selecting Sessions for Attorney General. If people believe that nothing will ever become of the investigations of the progressives involved in this attempted coup, then those same people must believe that Donald Trump, the President of the United States, is powerless to address these crimes.

What Trump has accomplished with the Supreme Court is marvelous, especially compared to what would have happened under Hillary. It's not about Barr or Horowitz. It's about Trump.

There are any number of ways to force local officials to toe the line. They get so much money, the leverage is astronomical, and these idiots would be guilty of violating ONE of these loopholes, which is all it takes.

It is looking like Trump, so far, is powerless to address these crimes.

When not one coupster has yet to see an indictment, this seems to be the case.

I cannot explain the disconnect between Trump and his DOJ, vs. Trump and Yertle with the courts. But it is silly to say there is not one. And it is affecting crime and criminality in virtually every aspect of political life right now. If Antifa had been dealt with 2 years ago, they would be history by now. Conservatives would not be threatened in restaurants and elsewhere. It’s utterly ridiculous.

If all this were happening to homosexuals as a group, the DOJ would be all over this as civil rights violations.
