PJ Media was on this story last October. David Steinberg broke the story here alleging that Congresswoman Ilhan Omar committed immigration fraud by marrying her brother and the press would not cover it. Now they will have no choice. The president went nuclear on Omar today and dropped the mother of all bombs on live television that will have CNN crying "racist" from now until the end of time. But will they report that a sitting congresswoman likely married her own brother?

A straightforward and satisfactory explanation would have shut down all rumors, but she refuses to do so.

Choose whichever version works for you. Apparently a photo of JFK assassin Lee Harvey Oswald passing out pro-Castro leaflets in New Orleans in the summer of 1963 appeared with an accomplice that resembles Cruz’ father Rafael Cruz, a noted Castro opponent.
Despite the rather dubious connection, the photo was posted, IIRC, by the National Enquirer (owned by Trump friend David Pecker), and Trump jumped on it while disclaiming that his campaign had anything to do with its publication.
But the allegation worked to totally unhinge Ted Cruz who felt the attack on his father was beyond the pale. IMO, this was the moment Cruz decided he would refuse to support Trump in the general election because attacking his parents so offended him.
It’s extremely unlikely that Rafael Cruz was the person in that picture of Oswald and all we have learned about Rafael Cruz would suggest he would never participate in a pro-Castro display, even as a black op which some have claimed Oswald was up to in New Orleans.
Pretty sure Gayle King has been investigating this, I’ll bet she presents a full report tomorrow morning. /s

either omar married her brother and lied about it or not ... so nothing Trump says can “prejudice” the facts of the matter, plus he’s only repeating information already in the public domain, and second, an army court of appeals just yesterday rejected Bowe Bergdahl’s argument that Trump’s comments had “prejudiced” the trial ...

Well, if what you say is correct ( and I fully agree ), it was wrong of Trump to keep pushing this unproven narrative.

GP you don’t comment on ongoing investigations. So his tweets and rally cries indicate he is merely yelling and not doing anything.

How true. It would be saturation coverage and any Republican would already be on the road to resignation.
It was a one week story but it was enough to send Cruz over the edge, exposing his lack of mental toughness and why he probably wasn’t the right choice to be president.
But it was gutter politics, the same type we cheered when he gathered all of Bill Clinton’s victims to show up at the debates. If there is substantial evidence of immigration fraud, I think it’s a legitimate issue because a) it’s directly about the candidate, not a spouse or a parent and b) I suspect she may not have won election if the people in her district knew this before the election.
BTW, if Biden becomes the nominee, expect Trump to make a big deal about Hunter Biden and many of Creepy Joe’s misstatements over the years.
One Biden comment that has stuck in my craw ever since he said it was when he debated Sarah Palin and was asked if Obama could be trusted to protect Israel if elected. Biden said he’d never agree to be Obama’s running mate if he had any doubt that Obama was a friend to Israel and that he believed Obama would be considered one of the best presidents Israel ever worked with.
Yeah, sending nukes to Iran. That was certainly being a best friend to Israel, right?
