Kamalalala is wrong about everything, including that she can be President.
Kamala gets it wrong thinking she’s eligible for the office of president. She’s not. She cannot fake it like Barry did. Its because of her parents statuses at the time of her birth, that she is not a natural born citizen.
Though her sexy act might have won Willie's heart (or some other part of his anatomy), I don't think it will work with the American voters.
I didn’t watch the debate, just saw some clips. But it is fascinating to contemplate what they must be thinking. Right now they are like crabs in a barrel, pulling each other down in the attempt to climb to the top. They have to run to the left in the primary, trying to grab the Bernie vote, and the energy and money of the far left voters who vote in primaries. But clearly they have run so far left they may not be able to move to the center in the general.
Harris may try to rewind her debate comments after the fact, the impact has been made on the left and now she can say it was misunderstood and she clarified it to the more centrist voters. It’s very early and yet it seems like the MSM wants to annoint Harris. They have given her glowing coverage without critiquing the issue that won her points.
This is the first article I’ve seen questioning the underlying premise. Busing was a stupid solution to two problems: 1) Racially segregated neighborhoods (which is a social and economic question) and 2) schools are managed by the systems in a way that fails the needs and talents of individual kids. Government can only solve #2 and in that only by enabling more choices in which kids can excel. Busing is fine if it is voluntary and based on the needs and talents of the kids. Randomly busing kids in and out of random schools with random teachers based on racial quotas in the classroom doesn’t help anything.
Who is going to challenge her on that, who has standing, and which court will hear it?
I am guessing - but maybe a Libertarian or other 3rd party candidate would have standing. I don’t know if Trump will bother. I’d wager that a voter has no standing.

I cant imagine a voter cant have standing. If a citizen can vote and especially if they are natural born, it sure does have impact on them whether an illegitimate person is running for president.
Kamala is a classic example of opportunist who will sleep her way through or say anything to enhance her ambitions.
As a prosecutor she was conservative, as a candidate running for president she will adopt any position which is popular at the moment.
In principle I’d agree with you, but I’d wager that the courts would rule a voter has no standing. Someone with a direct interest e.g. someone else on the ballot may, not sure which court would want to hear the case. IANAL, just an experienced guess.
I would believe at the very least an electoral college delegate would have standing.
