I’m thinking of replacing my 50 star flag
Been flying the 48 star for years its out today - also have Dads Navy 48 star from the escort ship he was on, USS Ulvert M. Moore (DE-442), they were pulling into Pearl from Korea and he was told to put up a new one, the officer told him to pack it away and give it to his grand-kids. Half worn out, but it was in a couple of shoot outs, men died under that flag, it is on display here above my desk.
Every President from George Washington to Abraham Lincoln resided over slavery.
Should we ban them all?
What about presidents, beside Washington and Jefferson, that actually owned slaves?

This whole episode smells rotten - days before the 4th, Nike causes a massive controversy? Look at the wall-to-wall news coverage. Nike has received $$tens of millions in free publicity. This looks like it was well planned and executed to do it exactly what is happening. More Nike sales.
Can’t really disagree with any of that. Though the fact that those nations who have emerged at the end of their attempts at Marxism have chosen another way is encouraging, especially given that they had no real history of liberty. I hope that, since the USA “does” have such a history, that our period of insanity will be shortened thereby.

Where have you been? This has been going on for years. Initially they went after Columbus Day. That worked so they went after something else until here we are.
