There’s video out there, or there was, that showed exactly what happened. His car never came withing 30 feet of the woman who died. A woman who was probably 400 pounds and beet red prior to his car coming down the road. This guy was the definition of railroaded.
Ditto. There was not a mark on her. She died of a heart attack.
He admitted to deliberately driving into the crowd. Whether or not his car touched her she wound up dead as a result of his actions.

That’s the way it looks to me too. He must have the world’s worst legal team, if there’s no corruption in the court system where this was tried. From what I saw in the video, he didn’t go hell bent for leather to hit anyone, just seemed to be trying to escape a violent crowd surrounding his car (similar to what was happening during the good ol’ days of Hussein to Trump supporters) and at the point he accelerated, an antifa-American successfully breaking one of his windows with a baseball bat, or something. Am I wrong?
Yep—the charge should have been short of first-degree murder, there was no evidence of premeditation.
Yep. Not to mention that his vehicle was being attacked by an armed mob before he accelerated, so this wasn’t some kind of premeditated attack, it was an attempt to escape.

And that BS died as soon as it started. The guy drove into a crowd. He is nuts but has to live with the results of his actions. One dead; others hurt.
I believe it also said she died of blunt force impact trauma or some such.
