Question -

I live in Gwinnett County Georgia. Our county is purple and going blue.

If I do not complete the U.S. Census form, what would happen to me? If I refuse. They can come to my door - I will not answer. It got lost in the mail. My dog ate it. Whatever.

I say Boycott the Census.

If an illegal alien has more rights than I do as an actual citizen, born in this country, why even try to play their games?

Isn’t the reasoning obvious?

There are three members of the court from the “conservative” side who take turns being the swing vote with the four liberal members. Collusion? Sure looks like it.

...plan to include a contentious citizenship question

Contentious?

Roberts must have a big skeleton in his closet he doesn't want made public. What could it be? Maybe he just doesn't want to end up like Scalia.

And the (R)N(C) sit on their thumbs and continue to vote the lesser-of-2.

How anyone is surprised vs. their OPINION is beyond me; the Republic died AGES ago.

I am afraid you are very likely correct.

Now you are over the target. This SCOTUS vote shuffling is all choreographed failure theater in vein of the Ryan-McConnell GOP controlled Congress who could never seem to win a battle despite having majorities and the WH.

I know someone who works at the Gwinnett Medical Center. Apparently Gwinnett has a large number of undocumented immigrants.

She’s a nurse there and said a large number them come through the ER and get hemodialysis and other such procedures, all “free.”

Reading the article, Roberts used convoluted reasoning to block the question. They can put the question on for any reason, but the reason they gave doesn’t seem to be the real reason so they’ll block it.

Thank you John Roberts for helping destroy our country you sniveling creep.

Roberts is a closeted homosexual. Had a male “roommate” after law school, took annual summer trips to Malta with the same man, etc.

The do-over will get delayed until the forms get mailed out. Everyone knows it.

What if conservatives in blue, high-immigrant states refuse to cooperate with a bogus census?

“Almost. The fact is there’s a law, the Administrative Procedures Act, that says even though an agency may have a right to do something the decision to do so can’t be arbitrary and capricious. In other words, they have to state a good reason for making the decision.”

Thanks. I knew there was something that requires an agency’s justification but did not what it was. Now I do.
