The Department of Justice has made its formal request to the U.K. to extradite WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.
The U.S. made this official extradition request to the U.K. last Thursday, June 6, according to a U.S. official who spoke on background to discuss a sensitive matter as reported by the Washington Post.
The extradition treaty between the U.K. and the U.S., signed in 2003 and made effective in 2007, required that the formal request for extradition and the documents supporting the extradition request had to be received within 60 days of Assanges arrest back on April 11.

Assange, 47, had initially been arrested at Ecuadors Embassy in London early this year in connection to a single charge in the U.S. of conspiring to hack into a Pentagon computer network in 2010. This initial indictment revealed that prosecutors charged him with conspiracy to commit computer intrusion by agreeing to help Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning crack a password that would have given Manning access to a classified military network.

Hit the switch Julian.
This could be a Good thing if played right.
I believe with Stone asking for documentation/ real source from the DNC computers “good thing” may be an understatement. How did Byeden express it. A F.....,big deal!
1. Prove DNC lied
2. Establish motive for the murder of Seth Rich
3. Also throw more ice on the Mueller report (following the DNC lead)
4. Establish both DNC and their hoard AND the Mueller report crew for obstruction of justice and involvement in a cover up. (Is that when Mueller testifies against those 13 angry democrats on his committee ?)
Yup, it’s gonna open up a can of worms; discovery is a #$_&.
Buy more popcorn!
Do you remember who it was at the FBI that went along with the DNC not turning over their computers and taking the word/hiring the same lame company who hadn’t even seen the computer to verify the “Russian” source. Lots of cover up and obstruction of justice to spread around. A conspiracy? Maybe cullusion?
Chelsea Manning is a traitor who should have been hung and if Assange helped him, them then he should be punished as well.
If you cooperates and has light to shed on the misbehavings of the Obama admin in the 2016 election run-up, then I am all for giving him consideration for the crime he is charged with. But he is no hero. Traitors put American lives at risk.
If you cooperates = If he cooperates...
“Chelsea Manning is a traitor who should have been hung “
It’s “hanged”. There is a difference.
Ok, I will concede there. I have no idea nor do I care to know how Manning is hung...

The trannies were hung by the window with care...
Thank god...lol.

Right. I believe Mr. Manning is currently attempting to become “unhung”.
Ewww...just Ewww

If Assange winds up in the US he will eventually be granted a full pardon.
At least he’ll be safer, here. (As long as SDNY doesn’t have jurisdiction).
