There is no Constitution without free speech and there is no free speech without the right to bear arms.

So Eric please do tell how many criminals will be turning in their assault rifles if you ever passed this unconstitutional law.

Again. The IRS will be weaponized to seize/freeze assets (including home, vehicles, IRA, Social Security, Medicare, etc.) of those identified to possess semi-auto rifles of military caliber. The burden of proof will be on the so-called owners. Many/ most will not be able to withstand this financial pressure. A National Firearm Registry will be a “mark of the beast”. In the early stages federal brown shirts will not be required to go door-2-door.

4473 and NICs checks don’t mean you own a gun. It means you bought one on that day. In most states you could have legally sold it to someone and were not required to keep a record.

Guns are easy to make unless you want to eat meat on a daily basis.

Ammo is tougher to make, but easy to hide in three million square miles.

Correct. But the paper/digital trail leads to your address. The DemonRats will place the burden of proof of non-ownership on us.

Confiscation pogroms have not been very successful. See Evanston IL and New Zealand for recent examples. Turns out people have olfactory sense and can smell a Rat.

Very true! The only difference between a slave and a free person is that the free person can own and possess a weapon[arm[s]]and a slave cannot. A free person has rights. A slave or subject has privileges.

SE Cupp-—whatever happened to her? My goodness, she’s a ratings whore-—period! Maybe she should come prepared knowing that 8X more people are killed via hammers and fists than all rifles combined. Oh, BTW, 67% of “homicides” via gun are suicides and our suicide rates are lower than France, Iceland and Japan. 15%-18% more are self defense (police, security, gun owners) and the remaining 85% of the last 15% are gangs and drug lords of the anti-gun cities....which leaves us about .9 out of 100,000 or slightly above European levels with 300 million more guns. Guns aren’t the problems, the progressive “anything goes” society is the problem.

“The Fed’s...have no idea who owns what.....”

I believe they collect the records of gun shops that go out of business.

“A Federal Firearms License holder, specifically those holding the buyer/seller license, has to maintain copies of all ATF 4473 forms – that’s the one you fill out to buy or otherwise take possession of a firearm – for 20 years. If the FFL holder ceases doing business, they have to send their 4473 records to the ATF.”

I’ll never buy a gun.
