Joe Biden is old and is currently suffering from dementia. He stares blankly at times. He reads from a script. But he does it poorly. He can’t really give an interview to unfriendly media.
Joe will collect money and try to run a Hillary style campaign where he hides from the media. And he only gives photo ops, and well planned speeches.
The reality is that his handlers and the democrat party want his money. They will go out and collect as much as they can using Joe. They will spend it on an army of democrat regulars.
