Nellie Ohr, the wife of Justice Department official Bruce Ohr, is the subject of a criminal referral sent to the Justice Department in the last few hours.
Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., wrote up the referral addressed to Attorney General William Barr, citing concerns that Ohr “knowingly provided false testimony” last year to a joint task force of the House Oversight and Judiciary committees that were investigating decisions made by the Justice Department and FBI surrounding the 2016 election.
The Hill reported Meadows, a member of House Oversight, has filed a referral with the Justice Department in the evening Wednesday. The Washington Examiner has not independently confirmed it has been sent and has reached out to Meadows’ office.

Sure. Leaking is a minor crime, akin to jaywalking. So far, the ONLY people from the lib side prosecuted by DOJ in 3 years have been 3 leakers (in one case, national security stuff, so that was serious) and Greg Craig for a FARA violation/perjury.
Literally no one has been brought up on any serious charges of conspiracy to overthrow the government, sedition, or dozens of other more substantive charges. It’s like they have witnessed multiple murders and are handing out jaywalking citations.
Even McCabre’s criminal referral was for perjury, not obstruction of justice of conspiracy.

Rosenstein has certainly been an enigma through all of this. Seeming to do some bidding for the swamp and some for Trump. Given his resignation, I'm now leaning in the direction of his having cooperated with the OIG and told OIG everything he knows.
