No fewer than eight times on his State of the Union CNN show today, Jake Tapper asked Kellyanne Conway whether President Trump's response to Charlottesville was, as he has said, perfect. Conway forcefully made the case that the President's "very fine people on both sides" comment was clearly in reference to people peacefully opposing the removal of Confederate statues, not to the neo-Nazis. And she pointed out that Trump had unequivocally condemned racism, bigotry, evil, violence, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and the KKK. She called Trump's response "darn near perfection."
When Tapper still wouldn't drop his hair-splitting over "perfect," Conway eventually had enough, and took a shot at the liberal media:
"It looks like you, and others, looking at 2020, are worried that this guy can't be beaten fairly and squarely."
Shot back Tapper:
"That's beneath you, Kellyanne. That comment is beneath you."

What was Tapper trying to prove by going after Conway like this?
She zapped him good, and he didn’t like it!
Ping to Liberal Media Criticism list.
Jake always looks constipated....maybe that’s why he’s such a JERK!
Why go on these shows
Tapper was better covering rock bands
Why has the media decided to push this Charlottesville narrative? And use it to say that Trump is a bigot, Trump is like Hitler, etc ?
And how does any of this reconcile, with the fact that Trump the man, before being in politics, won awards from black organizations ????
That's his stupid fake oh-I-am-so-concerned virtue-signaling facial expression.
Honed and polished, so they say, in restroom stall with his pocket mirror.
Jake never takes a load off, so to speak, without his pocket mirror.
There was only one group with a permit to gather and assemble. The other group did have legitimate protesters but no permit. In this group were also neo naz5thi violent scum
Never forget Nazis are socialists 7
Is it me or does that look like a creepy drug induced Nicholas Cage?
I think the Charlottesville hoax was engineered by the Left in coordination with their Media organs.
I think the Charlottesville hoax was engineered by the Left in coordination with their Media organs.
Same reason they pushed the memo that George Bush basically caused the Texas lynching because he opposed a particular “hate” law: they worry about AA’s getting off the plantation. And Jews, too.
In this case Kellyanne chose to bring it up. The administration either thinks it's a good issue for the base or they're responding to Biden's announcement.
"If you can't take, don't dish it out"....or something along that line...
The MSM thinks it is above us all and get their feelings hurt if someone calls them 'dishonest and biased' while they have been promoting 'We are going to impeach the M'Fer'
Words to live by:
Criticism is the disapproval of people, not for having faults, but having faults different from your own.

Joke Fapper...go grope yourself and shove “Charottesville” while you are at it.
It’s interesting how Scott Adams, who is good friends with Jake Tapper [Tapper once did Adams’ comic strip for a week or so], is trying to get Tapper to surrender on the Charlottesville hoax story, much like “talking in” Japanese Imperial Army holdouts in the 1950s and 1960s...
I think that Fake Fapper is a Deep State Media operative, like Ken Dilanian is a CIA Media operative over at NBC.
The irony is that whereas Bush might have opposed hate crime legislation because it amounts to thought crime, he supports the death penalty whereas the great majority of supporters of hate crime legislation oppose the death penalty.
And just this past week, the guy guilty of the dragging death was executed. He’d be alive if the hate crime people had their way.
I was also against ISIS blowing up antique Buddha statues because they felt the statues insulted THEIR vision of Islam.
If the city of Charlottesville had made the decision to remove the statue - or voted on it - and chosen to take them down, it would have been fine... But mobs? No, conservatives are against mobs taking the destruction of property into their own hands.
That said I believe the Charlottesville 'protest' by Nazis and KKK types was organized with massive assistance from liberals. I've been casually involved with community organizing years ago - - and Charlotteville was NOT 'in the style of' conservative organizing.
“Fake Fapper.” Funny, that’s exactly what I call him, too. ;-D
