In an interview on Thursday night with Fox News host Sean Hannity, President Trump called the FBI's use of FISA warrants in the Russia investigation "the greatest political scandal in the history of our country. Againbigger than Watergate because it means so much."

He already is. He fired Sessions and put a fearless adult in his place. Trump was unable to take overt action as long as Mueller was still in place. It can be seen in the report from the 19 "angry Democrats" (18 plus Mueller). The report proves that any overt action by Trump would have resulted in actual obstruction charges. Now that Mueller is over, the "doing something" is already well underway.
Thanks for the link. DeGenova says there will be a report come out in two weeks on Comey that will get the ball rolling, then the IG report should be out by June. We’ll see.
My point: The scandal is this weak-kneed administration. Why haven't those who are responsible for the warrants and the fake information, and those who had knowledge and went along with it, been hauled away in handcuffs and their records confiscated? Now, with warning (yawn, again) the records will be destroyed, the story will be framed by those who hate us, and judges will be found to stop any action from happening.
And the priorities? What is getting done, even worse now with John Bolton, is a foreign policy isn't looking to make the world a better, safer place, through conversation and negotiation. (that was a campaign promise)
One of the Democrats’ main tactics is to sheep-dip their political moves using a ‘friendly Republican’. Mueller, Comey, McCain... the list is extensive. Then the Media can attach their favorite word, “bi-partisan”.
I am shocked their have been no “suicides” among the coupsters.
Everyone of them have first hand knowledge Obama was at the top of the coup attempt. Obama has so far remained unscathed. He would want to stay that way. How best to guarantee the status quo?
10 years vs. 20 years? Ok, I’ll play ball for 10, it was Obama.
The FISA judges are leftist whores that were asking for it.
Less talk, more action.
Trump knows that if he doesn’t deal with this in a big way, he’s probably going to lose in 2020 ... so I think it’s best to relax and let things happen as they will.
You all are absolutely right. How dare President Trump focus on the economy, our enemies, the border, etc., when he could appease everyone here by just trying to drain the swamp and forget about the legalities.
All of this investigating takes time (too much time probably) but there is one way to do it and that is the legal way. Otherwise, we are just like the Left, willing to do whatever it takes to get what we want.
Patience is a virtue. :-)
I bet McCain new something was up in late August 2016 when Harry Reid started blabbing about Russians. He may not of read the dossier early on, but I bet he heard about it..
These references to Watergate... I hope everyone realizes what Watergate was really all about... https://www.watergate.com/silent-coup

I thought for a minute I was back in the Elvis thread. :)

After two and a half years, I’m out of patience.
It was obvious from the MOMENT that Trump won that the left was going to go into full war mode - doing anything and everything, legal or not, to destroy Trump and everyone who voted for him. First they had their little “recount” moment, then trying to “convince” the electors to switch, THEN denying Trump any support whatsoever on anything - even if it helps the country, because it helps HIM and to regain power is their only mission now - even if it means destroying the country if they don’t get what they want. The law means nothing to leftist judges anymore. The truth means nothing to leftist “journalists” anymore. NOTHING means anything to them anymore but to destroy US.
And what has our side done to fight back... besides, you know, tweet or maybe send a few token members of Congress out onto the political shows to make it seem like our side really cares? I don’t see much of ANYTHING.
Now, I don’t want to see the rule of law ignored. Of course not. But when the rule of law seems to have been co-opted by leftist judges with an agenda and an utterly corrupt and/or ineffectual “justice” system (including a certain ex-Attorney General), excuse me if I don’t have much faith in the “rule of law” anymore.
But they really DO need to do something in the next month or two. This whole “Mueller Report” fiasco has done great damage to our country and people’s faith in an impartial “justice” system and things need to be made right - in fact, they needed to be made right some time ago.
Unfortunately, being out of patience will not do any good. We just be the deplorables and even if there is not a lot we can do, we can show our support by donating, working phones, etc.
It is what it is, which sounds stupid, but, it is the truth.
In reality, Watergate wasnt that big of a deal. Both parties spied and each other for many decades. It was just part of doing business.
Unfortunately, being out of patience will not do any good.

Absolutely. Venting here is about all we can do - which makes it more frustrating to see people WITH the power to do something NOT doing something (or, rather, not doing something that we-the-people can see).
I’ll trust President Trump. He says these people will be held to account for their treasonous activities and I believe him. But I can’t help thinking, every time I see that wretched witch Hillary open her corrupt, evil mouth “so... WHEN is justice going to come for her, exactly?”
