Full title: Joseph diGenova and Victoria Toensing: Trump was vindicated by Mueller report – here's what needs to happen next
The time for an accounting has arrived for former senior members of the FBI and Intelligence Community. They aided and abetted in propagating a false narrative about the Trump campaign colluding with Russians, accused the President of the United States of being a “traitor,” and misled the American people. They made Donald J. Trump the Alfred Dreyfus of the 21st century: a completely innocent man, framed by his own government because of who he was (Dreyfus, a Jew, was the victim of French anti-Semitism) and not what he did.
Dreyfus was framed of spying for the Germans based on a forged document. Trump was framed by a fraudulent dossier.
Worse, the framing was done as a distraction to cover up for those who weaponized our law enforcement and intelligence tools against a political opponent. President Trump deserves an apology from them all.
Punishment for the former FBI and intel officials should include removal from boards, sinecures, speaking gigs, and TV. They denied this country a president-in-full for two years, not just as a political vendetta but also to conceal what some of them had done. Their offense was compounded by the fact that they used the uniqueness of their law enforcement and intelligence community former high-level positions to make it appear they knew more than they did. They besmirched themselves as well as their agencies’ decent, dedicated personnel.
After his May 2017 firing, former FBI Director James Comey joined former DCIs John Brennan, Michael Hayden, and Michael Morrell, and former DNI James Clapper, who had been hurling false accusations at the president, his family and aides since the November 2016 election.

Toensing was on the air constantly last year when her client was trying to give up what he knew about Uranium One. She finally got him released to tell what he knew... and that’s pretty much the last we heard of it. I wonder what is going on with that?

Uh, DJT, and by extension, we - the American people - deserve more than an insincere apology.
The major players need to be stripped of their freedom, not merely banned from being on TV and profiting from their actions.
Actually my opinion of Trump has changed with the publication of the Mueller Report. After 2-1/2 yrs, 1000 subpoenas, 30 hr of official cooperation, and many other investigations This is all they could find! Any body excepting the deity who underwent this scrutiny would have generated a more juicy report than this. St Francis of Assisi or John The Baptist would have generated more juicy stuff than this report. There’s something wrong about Trump when absolutely nothing of any significance can be pinned on him after this 3 yr. colonoscopy by the democrats! I’ll bet even Saint Hillary, Or Schiff, or Nadler, or Gillibrand would not have emerged as spotless!
That is nowhere near severe enough. Grand Juries, indictments, arraignments, and trials are necessary, hopefully followed by conviction and incarceration. There are 20 to 30 people who should be treated thusly.
I’m not necessarily unhappy about all the vicious attacks on Barr. They could just anneal him and make him more determined to impose justice on all the evil people who were responsible for this attempted coup.
You know, Mueller the saint that has no problem surrounding people's homes with armed agents because someone lied on a mortgage application...Yea, he's a real frigg'n saint.

I agree, many of the coup cabal traitors deserve prison sentences.
If the Dems don’t immediately stand down on the impeachment politics Trump will need to have DOJ open up a major investigation into Obama, Mueller, FBI, etc.

Apology, my gluteous Maximus! The perpetrators and abettors need to hang from nooses, just like PIAPS said. She KNEW what she, Obozo, Brenner, Clapper, Comey, Rosenweasel, etc Al, were doing was treasonous, but did it with determination anyhow. In fact, most of them are STILL attempting to make it work.
Mueller was hoping for a book deal like Comey got. It wasn’t coming and he couldn’t delay any longer because he couldn’t hold the flood gates back.He has a dirty past.
I wouldn’t rule out the death penalty myself, for the two or three ringleaders... Whomever they are...
No, they all need to swing from the gallows, face a firing squad, or be drawn & quartered. I cast my vote for the last option.
Yes. Comey and Brennan and Strozk, et al, should never see the blue sky again or breath free air.
I would like to see Mueller under oath in front of Gohmert.
Punishment should be a lot more than loss of speaking engagements, etc.!
