More the French government, but it does make you wonder how differently things might be for Libya today had NATO not intervened. Gaddafi and the Libyan army would have probably beat Benghazi into submission around March or April of 2011, and the civil war likely would have been a lot less bloody as it's hard to imagine it would have been so protracted had it been a true domestic conflict without Western interference. Today, Libya would almost certainly be a lot more stable with Gaddafi still in power.

How come Obama/Hillary are not have press conferences calling it Arab Spring II
On TV and in the movies it’s a flaw.
In REAL LIFE compassion fatigue will help one survive a lot more than a bleeding heart
This is DIRECTLY the result of their meddling - they are singlehandedly responnsible for those deaths and should be brought up by the IoC for war crimes.
