Was joking about this just today. yes, the WP and NYT won *PULITZERS* for their supposed stellar reporting on Trump’s treasonous activity with Russia. It’s too perfect. PULITZERS. I thought media’s reputation couldn’t go lower than where it was November 2016. Boy was I wrong.
Time for Presidential pardons to Flynn, Gates and any others who were indicted for process crimes that only came about from actions by the Mueller tribunal.

Absolutely not true by statute and by DOJ policy.
DOJ has prosecuted multiple parties for obstruction, and prevailed, when there was no underlying crime.
I’m not saying it’s right, but that it has occurred.
Mueller probably used the term in the actual report, and when the Dems see it, they would make even a bigger deal about it, and yell Cover Up! etc.

No, it said there is evidence both for and against, but that it was up to the AG to decide.
Barr and Rosenstein determined that (paraphrasing)"if there is no crime to obstruct, there can be no charge of obstruction", and didn't even concede that a sitting President could be indicted. I found that statement very dismissive of Mueller's obstruction evidence.
Question: How many people who are singing Muellers praises, last week were screaming for his head?
I’m not singing his praises, for one.
I think if he had a speck of integrity, he would have said “there’s no crime here” two years ago and stopped the endless fishing expedition and ruining people’s lives in search of political power for Democrats.
