The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the man who attacked an elderly woman on a subway car in the Bronx in the early hours of March 10. Video of the attack surfaced on Thursday that not only showed the woman being repeatedly kicked in the head and body but also showed that no one came to her aid, instead other riders pulled out their smartphones and filmed the attack.

Trust me, you don’t want north shore folks on staten island showing up at your front door either :)
There are a number of lovely areas on all of the boroughs, and a number of tough ones too.
The only difference is Staten Island’s nice and bad neighborhoods are split whereas in other boroughs you have a nice neighborhood here and then a bad one there and so on.
All of our nice neighborhoods are attached. And so are the bad ones :)
