What is as troublesome as this, is the fact that the Democrats released Cohen’s opening statement last night to the Democrats and the press, and didn’t release them to the Republicans until minutes before the hearings started.
This gave the Democrats and the media to the opportunity to hit the ground running with a game plan, while the Republicans were still trying to take it all in after the first pitch (so to speak).
The Democrats have demonstrated themselves to be anarchists when it comes to the laws of our nation.
Hearings are not to start without opening statements provided to both sides something like 24 hours before the hearings begin. I don’t know the exact timing of it, but today’s proceedings were clearly in violation of the rules.
The U. S. Constitution and other federal laws, Sanctuary Cities Counties States and Institutions, as well as the Congressional rules themselves, are not followed at all.
Cohen himself is the very first person convicted of lying to Congress and headed to prison for it, to be brought back to testify further.
He’s a known perjurer. The Democrats decided to call him back anyway to trash Trump while he was overseas trying to reduce a nuclear threat to our nation.
The Democrats are a clear and present danger to our nation.

The shenanigans and lawlessness of the Dems since they gained power two months ago may be unprecedented in our history.
The minority leader on the committee should have said “Give us a transcript of what the witness just said”, and walked out to go file an ethics complaint against every democrat who met with Cohen. There should be an investigation to find out who wrote Cohen’s opening statement.
