What is as troublesome as this, is the fact that the Democrats released Cohen’s opening statement last night to the Democrats and the press, and didn’t release them to the Republicans until minutes before the hearings started.
This gave the Democrats and the media to the opportunity to hit the ground running with a game plan, while the Republicans were still trying to take it all in after the first pitch (so to speak).
The Democrats have demonstrated themselves to be anarchists when it comes to the laws of our nation.
Hearings are not to start without opening statements provided to both sides something like 24 hours before the hearings begin. I don’t know the exact timing of it, but today’s proceedings were clearly in violation of the rules.
The U. S. Constitution and other federal laws, Sanctuary Cities Counties States and Institutions, as well as the Congressional rules themselves, are not followed at all.
Cohen himself is the very first person convicted of lying to Congress and headed to prison for it, to be brought back to testify further.
He’s a known perjurer. The Democrats decided to call him back anyway to trash Trump while he was overseas trying to reduce a nuclear threat to our nation.
The Democrats are a clear and present danger to our nation.
I think it expresses it well, referencing the Democrats as this nation’s Taliban.

I noticed in the interchange with Hice about speaking with Democrats before hand, he didn’t want to answer that question, Hice had to specifically ask, then he hesitated and had to be prompted...Did I get that name right, Hice? Can’t remember, that’s what sucks about not having the whole thread available to review while posting.
Democrats are on an obvious fishing expedition to try and find dirt they can use for impeachment. I knew it would happen as soon as I found out Cummings would be chairman. He is one of the most vile Trump haters in the building.
I’m not happy with the direction I see things going, the one thing we need more than anything else is term limits. I won’t be holding my breath waiting for politicians to limit their own stay in government though...I know Trump has voiced support for the idea, but I don’t know if or how he will get it done...
I just hope these crumbs about to drag everybody and his dog into congressional hearings never realize how sick people are getting of the nonstop investigations and non existent governing.
