The only thing epic is that he is still standing...

So what? The purpose of leaders is not to "stand", it is to get something done.

Trump was elected to hit the brakes on the demographic replacement of America. But he has chosen not to do so.

Chosen not to??? Utter nonsense. Trump’s own party is currently aiding and abetting the treasonous Mueller Coup to the detriment of the MAGA agenda. He does not walk on water. Sorry. What we see tonight is a POTUS without the support of his own party and it is not a pretty sight.

This thread is such nonsense with Never Trumpers that have no education in the history of America.

A President that has no support from his party is in a very difficult situation. I bet you wish he wasn’t still standing. Your post is very revealing and not in a good way.

I think you are knee-jerking here and the man has a plan. Why? Because he has out-thought them up till now and has not failed yet. Yes, this bill is loaded with horror and must be crushed. I have faith until proven wrong.

This “amnesty” claim is hyperbolic bullsh*t.

FIRST - As far as your alleged “amnesty,” no spending bill prohibition language has the power to override the statutory mission of an executive agency. The executive will carry out the law of the land, this proscription is a total joke.

As far as Section 224, you need to take a few lessons on how to read legislation! “You may not use any funds provided by THIS act (a seven-month spending bill) ...” is defined further in the bill - and it’s a lot less inclusive than what you think. It’s based on the DISCRETION AND AUTHORITY OF THE AGENCY INVOLVED! Go read the EXCEPTIONS on page 30 of the bill. For example - felonies, aggravated felonies, child abuse, sexual assault, etc. knocks out many of these so-called adults accompanying a minor - including any PREVIOUS crimes committed by the “sponsor.” And there is a sh*tload more exceptions that will knock out about SEVENTY FIVE PERCENT of these “applicants.” You people, who fall for the sh*t that Coulter and her cohorts shovel out, need to un-knot your panties, and get a efffing clue.

SECOND - There is no way in hell a freaking stop-gap spending bill can prevent an action that is based in national security, no matter what some leftist mayor asswipe believes.

THIRD - This damn bill ceases to exist on September 30.

FOURTH - This national emergency declaration cannot set a “precedent” for Democrats, if a “court shoots it down!” That argument is totally conflicted.

FIFTH - Ann CULT-WHORE is an opportunist bullsh*tter, whose only reason for existence is to pimp her next book. Nobody with a brain should take anything she says seriously.

Really? Well if that is the case why would it even be put in the bill, if its a total waste of time

Probably to placate Democrat border mayors. The Democrats caved. Pelosi said "not one dollar" for wall funding and now they're conceding over a billion dollars. Winning!

Really, toothless provisions like this are used all the time in in lawmaking. A statute states that such-and-such agency "shall provide documents on request" without specifying penalties for failure to do so is an example. Bureaucrats decide to refuse and laugh when you insist that "it's the law".

Something else to think about ...

Tomorrow’s immigration battles will be fought in front of judges PICKED BY TRUMP - and THAT’S why we need Mitch McConnell on our side. THAT is the reason why Trump is playing ball here with Mitch and this 7-month TEMPORARY spending bill.

Senator Majority Leader McConnell now owes Trump for covering his ass, and that of the GOP, in regards to averting another shut down. In the meantime, I guarantee you that Trump has told Mitch, in no uncertain terms, that the stonewalling on confirmation of his nominees for federal judicial vacancies ends PDQ. No more screwing with his agenda.

If Congress wants to make it a fight between Article 1 and Article 2 of the Constitution, playing games with appropriations, etc (power of the purse) then President Trump has the power to totally screw Congress with his executive actions. Sit back, grab some popcorn and enjoy the show.

Moreover the a-holes, lately infecting FR, who keep pushing the Coulter narrative that Trump does whatever Ivanka and Kushner tell him, need to go jump off a high cliff. People ought know by now that Trump listens to ALL points of view - but, in the end, he trusts HIS gut, and makes HIS own decisions. Period. FULL EFFING STOP.

I really do wish that Jim Robinson would hold a massive ZOT-fest, and clean out FR of all these spineless, clueless, effeminate never-Trump pussies.

Ann Coulter screeches her opinions out about how to solve a problem she knows little about. Pres Trump starts with the probem and looks for the solution. Coulter gets to either say “I told you so”, or claim credit if things go the way she wants. Coulter is useless for contributing to the solution of any situation. Pres Trump is already getting the wall built and will continue as promised. With or without the support of no Trumpers in his party and the commie democrat media party.

this 7-month TEMPORARY spending bill.

Questions:
Will the poison pills, like unaccompanied-illegal minors can't be deported, expire in 7 months?
How many illegal families can enter in 7 months?

The bill expires - including all its provisions on OCTOBER 1, 2019.

More importantly, you need to look into Section 224, and read page 30, which list all the EXCEPTIONS with regards to adults accompanying minors. You guys need to understand how to read legislation. 75 percent of these people most certainly can and likely will be deported, based on the exceptions alone.

Yep, good questions. Trump and we are on the same side, but as for Washington, it’s a barren wasteland.

Why would they put anything in this bill to help illegal aliens? These people are certifiable!
