MCCONNELL; Trump has said he will sign the spending bill AND issue an emergency declaration at the same time.
I think Trump’s decision on this is the best he could do, considering the dems trying to make it impossible for him. In fact, they are now in a pickle due to Trump’s willing to sign the bill to avoid a shutdown with his name on it...and then go get the money he needs. Any shut down will belong to the dems!!!
He told the dems... to stuff it... “I’ll get it done without your help”. They continue to be stymied by this man....
I’m all for this! fight it down the road... it’s a fight anyway... and don’t let them bully into something they cooked up.
Every time I see the illegal masses thinking they can come to my country... and see them rushing in... I want a wall and I want our gov to send them right back... no stay here and no hearing... just get them back to their country!

Activities engaged in under an emergency declaration “trumps” any standing law (temporarily and for the duration of the national emergency. Doesn’t matter what restrictions are in this horror show of a bill.

You may want to recall what happened in 2000 with the Florida election. The Florida Supreme Court decided to put a stop to the Presidential election. The Administration immediately went to the Supreme Court where the nonsense was stopped. The first district court who decides to play games will be put in his/her place.
Napolitano from FNC is already saying some judge will stop it.
Not if he has executive authority to move discretionary funding around.
And not if Carter is still getting funding for a national emergency he declared.

I think the odds are pretty good..she looked in bad shape when she was put in that car..and hasn’t been sense or heard from since..that supposed visit to the concert, NO ONE saw her..not ONE photo taken..so she can go to a concert but she can’t go the next day to sit for a few hours at the SOTU..please she’s either dead or in hospice and I think President Trump knows it

Just heard statement from idiot Napalitano on Fox, but agree with his observation: good political posture but meaningless as courts will stop it immediately (because Trump won’t have authority to buy/seize land. Trump will then blame on Democrats. So, all talk, no action. Sad.
