Those were the city dwellers. The majority of those wanting to attend that event were from the suburbs.

Seems like Jussie got rolled in Chicago outside his hotel at 2AM.
It would not surprise me that there were thugs outside an upscale hotel in that weather. Likely “shoveling snow” as a cover (ski masks). Maybe even shoveling for pay when Jussie decides to step out in Boystown...
