Many right-wing figures lined up Friday night to criticize President Donald Trump for temporarily ending the government shutdown for three weeks without having convinced Congress to fund his proposed U.S.-Mexico border wall.
Controversial commentator Ann Coulter called Trump “the biggest wimp ever to serve as president” and Fox Business host Lou Dobbs said Trump had been “whipped” by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.).
Fox News’ Sean Hannity, however, had a different take.
The “Hannity” host, who is a staunch supporter of the president and even joined him on stage at a Missouri rally ahead of the 2018 midterms, insisted that Trump still “holds all the cards” when it comes to negotiating with Congress for the wall.
Hannity claimed that Trump would simply declare a national emergency to obtain the funds if he couldn’t seal a deal for the wall with Congress during the next three weeks that the government is reopened...

Trump has made TWO VITAL appointments to SCOTUS. This will get fast tracked to SCOTUS, where Trump will be on firm constitutional ground!
The ignorant claim against declaring a national emergency “if it’s an emergency NOW, why wasn’t it an emergency before?” is just that...., ignorant.
It WAS an emergency before, that’a why Trump tried EVERYTHING to get the “do nothing” congress to act. He negotiated, he shut down the government, he caved, he gave the “do nothing” congress 3 MORE weeks to act.
If they still don’t fund the wall (REAL border security) the even greater emergency “NOW” will be here and Trump will act as President and Commander in Chief to secure our nation!
The problem is, the moment you call out the McCains, Flakes, etc., you are accused of dividing the party and not being a team player. And, if you are actually in the government and do this, you'll be punished by the party, the media, etc. The Democrats are evil and the main problem in this country, but the GOP moderates (like McCain, Flake, Romney, Gardner) that run the party aren't much better. Until the GOP moderates are forced to give up power, this country will continue to have major problems.

Well, if that report is accurate, then there is no saving the country short of violent rebellion in the streets. The Left and their fellow travellers are rushing tens of thousands of illegals to and over the border as fast as possible now. A new 10,000 strong caravan is now crossing Mexico and will soon be at the border too. By 2020, if the invasion is not stopped, these illegals will be dispersed and voting (never mind the legality).

But, I believe since the constitution put naturalization at the foot of the federal government and immigration at the foot of the states, he could go at it in another angle.
Further, I also believe that he direct those agencies to call for volunteers to build that thing and it could be built in a matter of months.
I know I would go, and know of many who would also.
So whats the courts to do? Send the military or some law enforcement agency down to arrest several thousand volunteers to prevent them from building a wall directed by the POTUS?
Let the courts rule-then, let them enforce it. They cant.
Who cares? At least it's something to show Trump is leading on this.

As I said on Inauguration Day, “Trump has six months to renounce the GOP and run MAGA candidates in 2018”.
