Is it coming tomorrow? House Democrats are still holding the line on denying President Trump his border wall. The $5 billion proposal led to the current shutdown, now the longest in American history. Trump wants to at least get part of the border wall built. Democrats are not in a bipartisan mode. They just retook the House on the overarching promise to fight this White House not work with it.

As the two sides dig in, the crisis at the border is worsening. Yes, we do have a crisis on the southern border. The Washington Post and The New York Times reported on it. Former President Barack Obama even said there was a crisis. With another migrant horde setting off for the U.S. border, something has to get done. The president has been mulling declaring a national emergency to get it done, which isn’t facially unconstitutional, according to law experts, though how he would collect the funds to build this wall is another legal can of worms. Whatever the case, it seems now, with no deal in sight, Trump is preparing to declare a national emergency. We’ll find out for sure tomorrow around 3 P.M, but the president said that it will be about the crisis at the border.
The national emergency declaration to build the wall — which has looked like the most likely end to the shutdown for almost two weeks now — probably won’t accomplish what Trump wants.

You’re just trying to defend Trump and that’s fine, but he had 2 years to put pressure on Republicans, especially with a shutdown. He kept putting it off. He’s in a far worse position now.
While we may not know for sure how SCOTUS would rule on this - SCOTUS is no longer a firewall. Roberts has broken with pretty much all thing conservative.
As such, I hope the White House has hard core strategy.
There are likely to be dozens of attempted lawsuit filings, regarding the wall.
Normally, if there is a declaration of “National Emergency”, the courts actually have an additional hurdles to overcome.
However, with Trump, no law will stand in the way of the anti-American courts ruling against the Constitution and law. If the SCOTUS even then refuses to hear the inevitable case(’s), Trump loses. Or if Roberts goes all in against Trump, (and Roberts seems to have a new seasonal fan-club boy under him), there is potential for another actual ruling against the Constitution and Trump. I don’t believe it will go this way, but SCOTUS cannot be trusted to defend and uphold the Constitution.
Meanwhile, to the detriment of our law and liberty, the White House has been resolute in abiding by unconstitutional and unlawful rulings from the beginning.
I wouldn’t put it past Pelosi to attach that provision to EVERY bill the house passes.

My guess—No National Emergency (he would have done it sooner if he wished)—He will cut aid to Centeral America and close the Border!
He’s given them plenty of opportunity to wor4k with him.
Now if/when he does that, he can lay the blame at their feet. They cannot accuse him of going ahead without giving them a chance to negotiate, because he has given them plenty of opportunity.
“The Democrats will be walking all over Trump for two years.” No chance. The President have been walking all over the Democrats and traitors for the past two years and it has been very nice. He is rocking the world. Next up: another meeting with North Korea.
Another disappointment coming? Just do something, Trump!!!!
So Dems win in the end no matter what Trump does, figures, the Dems always get their way in the end...ALWAYS!!!!
