Oy vey! Someone is actually defending the 2nd Amendment rights of illegal aliens? Even the 9th Circus had to quash that.

Illegal aliens shouldn’t have a right to own anything other than the clothes on their backs.

Amazing, I was beginning to think illegal aliens had more rights than citizens.

A real “common-sense” gun law.

The only right the illegal alien should have is the right to be deported.

I’m sure that’ll stop them, because illegals would NEVER do anything illegal, right ?

That could open the door to smart prosecutors in the future contending that illegals do not have inherent constitutional rights.
This ruling will likely head to the SC.

So what?
We have laws to keep citizens from illegally owning guns.
A criminal invader should not be exempt from obeying the laws of this country.
If that’s the case, I’m going to renounce my citizenship and learn Spanish.

So much for inalienable rights endowed by our Creator. I am not sure that we will like were this may lead. Now the left just to start chipping away at citizenship.

How about we give them all guns.... On the way back to their own countries... Maybe they will use them to overthrow their own corrupt and incompetent governments and make their homelands worth staying in?.

The cognitive dissonance must have been overwhelming in this case.

I am surprised - almost shocked ! !
You don’t really expect them to support the Constitution or Bill of Rights. Ever.

What is the importance of this ruling? In another case decades ago, it was ruled that convicted felons did not have to obey gun registration laws because since they were prohibited from possessing firearms, complying with registration laws was tantamount to self-incrimination.
