WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's first absence from the bench extended into a second day on Tuesday as the 85-year-old jurist continued her recovery from lung cancer surgery at home.
Although Ginsburg did not attend the oral arguments, she will participate in the cases and rulings by using the briefs and oral argument transcripts, Chief Justice John Roberts announced from the bench.

I doubt she is alive. Maybe she is, but barely. RATS are gonna pull a Weekend at Bernies on this.
She will read transcripts of the arguments. Very nice. Suppose Kavanaugh wanted to have a few days at the beach. Do you suppose they would let him go as long as he read the transcripts?
Does she get to vote in absentia too?
Have the local cops done a “proof of life” check?

Well that’s great John, well then why even have oral arguments.
“Hey, no big deal but is it okay if we stop by her house, just to wish her well and to say HI?”

She and her “trainer” have been camping out at the theater waiting for her “movie” to open.
Why can’t all of Congress work this way. They can stay in their Districts/States, and vote from there. We have technology that would make that easy.
How long can they hide her death & have someone make votes for her?

The Congress requires members to be at Capitol Hill Chambers to vote.
I’m pretty sure the President knows if she is alive or dead. The Deep State may not want him to know, but I think he knows one way or another.
Wouldn’t it be interesting if he told us tonight that she’s been dead for weeks?
At 85 any major surgery is dicey recovery. There may be another opening around the corner.
