A former leader of the NAACP, a white woman who once sued a university over alleged anti-white discrimination but then later claimed to be black, has a new court date on charges of welfare fraud in the state of Washington.
The case against Rachel Dolezal, who legally changed her name to Nkechi Diallo in 2016, will begin in Spokane on March 4.
According to KHQ-TV in Spokane, Judge Michelle Szambelan was “growing impatient with legal maneuverings” by the former head of the local NAACP, as the case was languishing on the docket.
USA Today reported she could face up to 15 years in prison for receiving thousands of dollars in public assistance illegally.
Between Aug. 1, 2015, and Nov. 30, 2017, she obtained public assistance when she was not entitled to it, prosecutors contend.
Court documents claim she illegally received more than $8,747 in food assistance and $100 in child care assistance.
She was receiving income from her autobiography, “In Full Color: Finding My Place in a Black and White World,” while claiming her monthly income was less than $500, and authorities investigated.

That’s right. How is it that a man can believe that he is a woman and everyone else has to go along with it. But a white woman who believes she is black is called “race faker”?

She should argue that the law is unfairly targeting her because she is white.
