Has Schumer said Trump’s SC nominee is unacceptable yet?
It will be fun to read the justifications offered by the democrats for the hag to remain in office. I can’t wait for the editorials proclaiming the hag 100% fit for office.
Her law clerks are occupying Supreme Court Seat 6.
Ricky-ticky-tocky, RBG.
Time to retire.
All of this information campaign about RBG is, in my opinion, disinformation.
The "Plank" stories, how her regular workout would leave a normal person exhausted, her bursting energy, how she began working immediately after lung surgery, etc., etc...
All to lead the public to view her as healthy and fully operational.
To gin up the Democrat base. To prevent her removal for failing health. To squeeze in as many legal decisions as possible, using her barely living body as an instrument.
I see it all as a disinformation campaign by the deep state.
She may be on life support, hidden from the public eye, decisions relayed through handlers to aids who file them.
I believe RBG will be gone before April.
Then when trump replaces her with a conservative, riots will ensue. If you thought the Kavanaugh hearings were extreme, wait until they see the Supreme Court slip away for a generation.
If one is breaking ribs in the same location as the cancer, then this is some contemptible stuff : the deception by a sick woman who likely has metastatic cancer in every space.
She needs hospice not a scotus...
The unbelievable wickedness Ginsburg justifies:
Haskell explained the next step as follows:
At this point, the right-handed surgeon slides the fingers of the left [hand] along the back of the fetus and hooks the shoulders of the fetus with the index and ring fingers (palm down).
While maintaining this tension, lifting the cervix and applying traction to the shoulders with the fingers of the left hand, the surgeon takes a pair of blunt curved Metzenbaum scissors in the right hand. He carefully advances the tip, curved down, along the spine and under his middle finger until he feels it contact the base of the skull under the tip of his middle finger.
[T]he surgeon then forces the scissors into the base of the skull or into the foramen magnum. Having safely entered the skull, he spreads the scissors to enlarge the opening.
The surgeon removes the scissors and introduces a suction catheter into this hole and evacuates the skull contents. With the catheter still in place, he applies traction to the fetus, removing it completely from the patient. H. R. Rep. No. 108-58, p. 3 (2003).
This is an abortion doctors clinical description. Here is another description from a nurse who witnessed the same method performed on a 26-week fetus and who testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee:
Dr. Haskell went in with forceps and grabbed the babys legs and pulled them down into the birth canal. Then he delivered the babys body and the arms-everything but the head. The doctor kept the head right inside the uterus .
The babys little fingers were clasping and unclasping, and his little feet were kicking. Then the doctor stuck the scissors in the back of his head, and the babys arms jerked out, like a startle reaction, like a flinch, like a baby does when he thinks he is going to fall.
The doctor opened up the scissors, stuck a high-powered suction tube into the opening, and sucked the babys brains out. Now the baby went completely limp .
He cut the umbilical cord and delivered the placenta. He threw the baby in a pan, along with the placenta and the instruments he had just used. Ibid.
The best part of the whole Ginsberg thing is that she was probably staying on the court, expecting to retire and have Hillary replace her with a candidate of her own choosing.
There aren’t any real political hot-button cases set for argument this week, so maybe she’s saving her strength.
All we have today is a case dealing with FDA pre-emption of state law in failure-to-warn lawsuits against pharma companies, and a case on whether the Fair Debt Collection Act applies to non-judicial foreclosre. The only case of Constitutional import this week is Franchise Tax Bd. of California v. Hyatt, set Wednesday. The issue in that case is whether the Court should overrule Nevada v. Hall, a case from the 70s where they held that a state has no immunity from suit in another state’s courts. Fascinating stuff to me, but not anything that’s going to set the world on fire.
Yes, the self determined and MSM determined ‘elite’ certainly do have it ‘different’ in this country.
If one of the most famous pictures of me at work would show me ‘dozing’ or even apparently ‘drifting off’, I am sure the person signing my check would be disregarding all the pics and give me a raise and praise me....YEAH RIGHT!!!
I would imagine she gets MOST grief because she and the other ‘one foot on a banana peel in front of an open grave’ ‘justices’ didn’t resign in sufficient time for BO to announce their replacements.
Bet your bippy the next D that gets placed in the White Hut will see a HUGE turnover - by hook or crook(emphasis crook) in Supreme Court with it being stocked with ‘young virile’ members that will be there for 60 or so years each, while ‘questionable’ sitting Supremes had better have their affairs in order so they can ‘depart to a better life’ in an orderly fashion.
The President had better start inviting Pelosi to ALL events that include PDJT and the VP....IF an ‘accident’ happens while both together, want to make sure #3 in line is right there with them....I shudder at the thought of a ‘pResident n pelosi’.
PDJT had better (quietly)start looking closely at the line of succession and make sure strong capable people are in those positions.
I am just pointing out that as long as these ‘crazies’ are running around loose and inflaming the public, no telling what may happen.....
RIP RBG ...Still to early?
They’ve brought in the formost sex doll animatronics engineer to crash-build the RBG cyborg Supreme Court Justice doll. Complete with transexual attachment and empathetic bypass. One of the accessories is a Margaret Sanger rag doll.
“Ginsburg Missing Supreme Court Arguments for 1st Time”
she don’t need no stinkin’ arguments to know how she’s going to vote ...
Probably camped out in front of a theater somewhere waiting for her movie to open.
Is she alive? What is her real health status? A week prior to lung cancer surgery she and others claimed clean bill of health. Not much honesty there for a Supreme Court Justice. So, is she alive or not?
I pray for her death to be quick and painless. Ok, so I might emphasize the first a bit. Oh well!
I do not think she is alive. They’re delaying the announcement.
Is there a constitutional provision that says Justices can be there for life?
