The Supreme Court says Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is missing arguments for the first time in more than 25 years as she recuperates from cancer surgery last month.
Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said Monday the 85-year-old Ginsburg is continuing to recuperate and work from home after doctors removed two cancerous growths from her left lung on Dec. 21.

In as much as there will be a hell of a movement to invoke the Biden Rule in 2020, and that Trump may be under a cloud of bogus investigations, RBG’s removal from the SC needs to occur sooner, rather than later.
The Democrats said it was unfair to do that the Garland. If an opening in the court occurs before the next election, the GOP should just say they agree that it was unfair, and won’t do it again.
