Dear Judge Sullivan: Pursuant to the Court’s Minute Order dated today, the government hereby files two redacted versions of the FD-302 report summarizing the FBI’s interview of the defendant on January 24, 2017. See Attachment. The content of both versions of the report is identical, except that the first version, which was digitally signed and certified in February 2017, inadvertently contained a header labeled “DRAFT DOCUMENT/DELIBERATIVE MATERIAL.” Once that error was recognized, the header was removed and a corrected version, omitting only the header, was resigned and re-certified in May 2017.

Not sure what to make of this 302. Its worded as if the interviewing agents were not the ones that wrote it...is that normal?

People need to read the 302. Flynn denied discussing the topic, but it was more he didn’t recall it, this was during a phone call from the Dominican Republic in which he had a poor connection, he didn’t know the details of the Russian expulsions at the time and wasn’t in any position to ask Kislyak to take or not take any specific action in response.
You’d need to know the details of the actual call to decide if this amounted to serious lying by Flynn, BUT it certainly doesn’t read like he was trying to lie. Also doesn’t read like something he should have been ruined over.

As soon as Flynn was in the DR Obamaroid closed/raided a Russian house near the Bay, causing the Russians to call out to Flynn in protest. Flynn was set up from the start because he knew where the bodies are buried in the Obama schemes with Iran.
I think it has been a series of weak and traitorous politicians in out government for at least fifty years who have created this death of a country.

Mueller should be “redacted”.
Flynn has infinitely more credibility about what he told the FBI fibbers in Jan. 2017 than they have.
