A former Green Beret who told Fox News in 2016 that he killed a suspected Taliban bomb maker nearly a decade ago during combat operations in Afghanistan is now being charged in the man’s death -- a move his lawyer says is an act of betrayal by the Army.
The murder charge facing Maj. Matthew Golsteyn comes after years of on-and-off investigations by the Army following an incident said to have taken place during his 2010 deployment. A military tribunal that probed the killing years ago initially cleared Golsteyn -- but the investigation into him was re-opened after he spoke to Fox News' Bret Baier.

If he wasn’t formally charged and tried, and then found innocent, then it isn’t double jeopardy...of course, they have no problem with ginning up new charges if the old ones resulted in a “Not Guilty” decision....here’s one that will have Trump’s attention.....

Exactly the case. Obama made a point to weaponize our military (an institution he’s always despised) with as as many leftist pricks as he could. Over an 8-year period, that’s a lot of commie pricks. Combine that with a military that even before Obama was becoming nauseatingly PC due to Deep State infiltration, and we now have an intolerable situation. Deep Staters need to hang en masse.
