White House adviser Kellyanne Conway spent 39 minutes defending President Trump on CNN on Thursday night — but got no love from her husband, George, who trolled her on Twitter.
The president’s counselor sparred with host Chris Cuomo on his primetime show, where she claimed it’s a “slur” to accuse Trump of lying.
“You took a shot at the president tonight. You called him a slur I’m not going to repeat,” Conway said.
When Cuomo asked what slur she was referring to, Conway replied, “You’re saying he’s not telling the truth. That’s a slur. That’s a slur.”
She insisted that Trump knew nothing about hush-money payments to porn vixen Stormy Daniels and ex-Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal, who have alleged having affairs with him.
But when the slugfest ended, her hubby — an unabashed Trump critic — tweeted: “Given that Trump has repeatedly lied about the Daniels and McDougal payments — and given that he lies about virtually everything else, to the point that his own former personal lawyer described him as a ‘####### liar’ — why should we take his word over that of federal prosecutors?”
Fellow Twitter users enjoyed the display of political marital discord.

Sadly I would say the Conway marriage is over. You don't show contempt for your spouse in public unless you have been doing it in private for some time. And contempt is the marriage killer.
If a democrat female had been the first woman to chair a successful presidential candidacy, she would have won “Woman of the Year” and we would never hear the end of it......and the media would bask in her presence. Alas Kellyanne is not a democrat.
I think Mrs. Conway is in the same boat as a lot of evangelical Christian women, the Bible tells them to hang in there in the hope of saving their husband. She is being a good soldier in God’s Army. For her faithfulness, God will give her the victory one way or another. It isn’t our place to weigh in on this matter other than praying for her.
Agree and she should be gone ASAP. The situation makes Trump look foolish.

If Kellyanne was working against Trump, the husband would be pleased and keep his mouth shut. He wouldn’t do a thing to jeopardize her job.
