To my knowledge, no elk, but caribou instead. But they are not around town like moose.

A few years ago, but in my yard and less than 10 feet away.

Well, that sure must have been a surprise! LOL! I hope he wasn’t blocking the driveway.

Right after my kids moved to Wyoming, they looked out the window one winter morning and saw two moose lounging in the common area of the apartment complex. To say they were surprised would be an understatement.

OMGosh! That’s close.

Saw on the news a few days ago where a moose was nosing around a house and rang the door bell. You got a real sense of how big they are when it was walking around their vehicle.

Deer are bad here, but I could imagine hitting one of these while driving.
