Facebook censored an image of Santa Claus kneeling before the baby Jesus, deeming it violent or graphic content.

Obama kneeling before Satan would be more appropriate.
I’ve gone full activist on those who use Facebook. If: Facebook, then: most probably struggling to hit three digits on the intelligence scale.
It’s interesting that none of my associates who are actually accomplished in some discipline use Facebook. (Yup, some do for what reason I do not know.)
But, a good many folks who are, well, CNN types, live for Facebook.
Strong correlation there, and as always, stupid begets stupid.
Agree. A Facebooking Freeper is an oxymoron for me.
Since liberals love socialism so much, Trump should announce that Facebook is being ‘nationalized’, and turn it and all its assets over to the department of agriculture for administration.
Just shows how weak the left really is.
I think the over-reliance on automated flagging is getting Facebook and Twitter into trouble.
A great many of Facebooks booked minions are women. Its emo-stroking snoop and gossip crack.
I am one of those FB/Freeper. Why? Because it’s the battle line of truth and lies. If people aren’t calling out the liars for their propaganda, who will-—Not to change their mind, but the person that happens to scroll through past the headline. I do the same at the bottom of articles online-—this is simply another stage of the battle for truth.
I’ve been on Facebook for 10 years-—joined to check up on the grandkids-——who left Facebook a long time ago.
It’s full of menopausal women now——virtue signaling and posting recipes.
.
It's adorable that anyone working af Facebook thinks they know what violence is.
I facebook - but mainly to see pictures that my extended family post. I periodically will post pictures of something my daughter has painted, etc to share with the same.
I also have a few hobby centric things I follow to get new info
No politics. No news. No opinion.
It’s a tool - as with any tool it has drawbacks for certain applications. I don’t use a screwdriver to hammer a nail. I don’t use Facebook to express opinions or get my news.
And NFL thugs kneeling for the national anthem is what?
A saint kneeling before the Son of God.
Any outrage is proof FB turns minds to mush.

He is no longer a baby!
That, dear FRiends, is but the TIP OF THAT HUGE ICEBERG!
Some time around mid-2017, this straight, White male foolishly posted a Facebook comment critical of the LGBTQ community. A member of that community was apparently offended by that post, reported it and I have just come out of a 3 day Facebook suspension.
In the year since I made the offensive post, I have come to know and respect several members of the LGBTQ community and offer this mea culpa as my formal apology to them and the entire LGBTQ community. They are fellow human beings who have every right to be who they are and to be accepted by those of us who may have a different orientation.
But I want this mea culpa to go beyond a simple apology. I wish to offer suggestions for ways we can advance acceptance of the diversity so desperately needed to prevent the sort of discriminatory behavior my callous comments of last year represent.
I believe one of the best ways to achieve that worthy goal is to expose our children and youth to the wide variety of exciting lifestyles of our LGBTQ brothers and sisters by designating federal funding to programs such as Drag Queen Story Hour now in place in a number of mainly inner city schools. Because many grown suburban and rural children will one day find themselves in social or business situations where LGBTQ folks are present, Drag Queen Story Hour should be expanded to the entire nation. Doing so would acquaint all our young to the myriad LGBTQ variants, minimizing or preventing the sort of discriminatory behavior or microaggressions of which I have been guilty in the past.
Given the truth of the old aphorism that As the twig is bent, so grows the tree, I strongly urge that these existing and any new programs MUST be pushed down into the earliest grades where children begin to learn language so they can be taught the correct and acceptable words, terms and phrases so as to eliminate the likelihood of their using language offensive or hurtful to LGBTQ members.
There is yet ANOTHER benefit: It would allow any young who may be experiencing confusion concerning THEIR gender to avoid potentially destructive feelings of isolation, but be comforted in the knowleged that they are not alone,
If you share my concerns that we MUST bring ALL our citizens together (intellectually AND PHYSICALLY!), please share this.
Yes, what you said.
