House committee will hold investigative hearing next week
Three people have come forward with hundreds of pages of evidence of potential wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation, including misappropriation of funds and allegations of quid-pro-quo promises made to donors during Hillary Clintons tenure as secretary of state, Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) told Fox News on Thursday.
Meadows, the leader of the conservative House Freedom Caucus, is also the chairman of the House Oversight Subcommittee on Government Operations.
The panel is set to hold an investigative hearing next week on the status of the foundation case.
U.S. Attorney John Huber was tasked to investigate the foundation last year by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
The Clinton Foundation consistently has maintained that it is a charity, and never traded on Hillary Clintons position as Americas top diplomat, which she held from 2009-2013.
The organization has a four-star rating from the watchdog site Charity Navigator and has touted its mission to create economic opportunity, improve public health, and inspire civic engagement and service.
However, The Hill reported Thursday that prosecutors working for Huber recently requested documents from a private investigative firm that also has been looking into the foundation. The firm, MDA Analytics LLC, reportedly has contacted the IRS, the Justice Department and the FBIs Little Rock office with evidence from its own investigation.
In addition, The Hill reported that a whistleblower submission filed with the FBI and IRS in August 2017 included internal legal reviews that the Clinton Foundation conducted between 2008 and 2011.
Those reviews raised concerns about legal compliance and improper mingling of personal and charity business.
According to the Hill report, MDA investigators met with Clinton Foundation CFO Andrew Kessel in late November 2016.
During the meeting, Kessel said that one of the biggest problems was [former President Bill] Clintons commingling and use of business and donated funds and his personal expenses. A separate interview memo stated that Bill Clinton mixes and matches his personal business with that of the foundation. Many people within the foundation have tried to caution him about this but he does not listen, and there really is no talking to him.
Last week, Fox News reported that newly filed tax documents showed donations to the Clinton Foundation plunged in the wake of Hillary Clintons loss to Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election.
The filings showed that the foundation took in $26.6 million in 2017, a 58 percent drop from the $62.9 million it received the previous year.
Meadows said that the donation drop raises grave concerns their operations were not above board as the American people have been led to believe.
A spokesman for the foundation told The New York Post the drop was largely attributable to the absence of sponsorship and membership contributions for [the Clinton Global Initiative], which wrapped up in 2016.
However, Meadows said that the donation drop raises grave concerns their operations were not above board as the American people have been led to believe.

Whenever we look at the possibility of pay to play by government officials, current or former, it demands answers, Meadows added, and anyone who uses public office to sell access for their own financial benefit must be held accountable.

Tip of the iceberg.
Well DUH..
Liberals will say, “Nothing to see here, move along.” MSM will parrot that exact statement.
Boom finally?????
“The Clinton Foundation consistently has maintained that it is a charity”
I believe it. Remember they are (or were) lawyers.
I have yet to ever hearing specifically what the Clinton Foundation has done as a charitable organization. If they truly were, you know the media would be reporting it like the Clintons were the second coming. There is little doubt that in the next few weeks, there will story after story about all of their “charitable work”.
It’ll be interesting to see if they circle the wagons for these two perps.
If they do, then that says:
1. everyone still likes them and wants them around
2. they have the goods on anyone and everyone and are willing to bring it all down
If they don’t circle the wagons, then:
3. that means that everyone wants them gone and they don’t care how that happens...when will then bring us back to #2, because they will insulted and will unleash a vengance, never seen before.
4. then all pertinent parties have made deals with the DOJ to dime them out and avoid prosecution.
Could get interesting, if people live long enough to tell their story. I, for one, wish the both of them were in picture perfect health and did triathlons and ran marathons. I don’t want to see them get a pass due to the toll the stress is going to take on their health. And I for damned sure don’t want it all forgotten about because one or both kicked the bucket and there’s no need to let it all out. I want them at a defense table.
Comes to a screeching halt on Jan 2.

This is the low hanging fruit of a corrupt charitable organization. It’s what any idiot does when they use such an org to better their own life, rather than to let it solely work for the charitable cause for which it was attended.
But the low hanging fruit isn’t even the serious corruption that appears to be what the Clinton Foundation is for. It’s how Bill and Hillary personally benefited in their own lives, not just what the foundation got, and it’s obvious that all the quid-pro-quo promises involved were intentionally and systematically secretive. IT’S THE VERY REASON WHY YOU DON’T CONDUCT YOUR BUSINESS ON STATE DEPARTMENT EMAIL SERVERS! While I’m quite sure they developed deep level (mostly verbal) channels for their dark dealings, they still wanted layers of protection. If you’re going to have day to day discussions via about who is meeting who, you certainly don’t want anyone to be able to go back after the fact and forensically build a case to support when and where meetings took place, among many other things.
These people are not new to this game. The email server was just one of the many many ways their hid their activites
At the end of 2016, when they were shutting down the Foundation...someone counted up from day one to that point, and it was ‘more or less’ two billion dollars. Out of that...no could clearly say how much was operational cost or charity cost.
My humble guess is that they probably never did more than one-quarter of that in some charitable fashion. Amusingly enough....five million dollars of it...was pumped in around July 2016 by the German government...actual German tax revenue.
How to pretend to do something: hold a House Hearing.
.
Dont fall for it - again.
The DoJ/FBI is raiding homes of people with info injurious to the Clintons and the Deep State.
There have been no raids on the Clintons and Obamas people - none.
Just like Sessions held up Huber (an Obama Appointee), they want you to believe theyre doing something other than jailing old Trump business people.
Its like Charlie Brown and the football.
When they want you they kick in your door at 3:00am, and raid your Lawyers office, and charge the housekeeper and accountant to flip them. Theyve done nothing here.
.
The Clintons will be untouchable until media abandons them which isnt out of the question but hasnt happened yet.
Looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, walks like a duck, swims like a duck, flies like a duck, eats like a duck, poops like a duck.
MSM say: This, is an apple.
She has enough evidence to take everyone down.
So are they going to put the Foundation in prison?
Because we certainly can’t have Foundations running around thinking that they can get away with committing crimes like Democrat politicians from Arkansas can.
When the media begins to look stupidly blind to themselves, they may change. Or, if younger hard-socialist rats want to off the old softer rats (I think this more likely).
"Move along." Jedi.
