Liberals will say, “Nothing to see here, move along.” MSM will parrot that exact statement.

“The Clinton Foundation consistently has maintained that it is a charity”

I believe it. Remember they are (or were) lawyers.

It’ll be interesting to see if they circle the wagons for these two perps.

If they do, then that says:

1. everyone still likes them and wants them around

2. they have the goods on anyone and everyone and are willing to bring it all down

If they don’t circle the wagons, then:

3. that means that everyone wants them gone and they don’t care how that happens...when will then bring us back to #2, because they will insulted and will unleash a vengance, never seen before.

4. then all pertinent parties have made deals with the DOJ to dime them out and avoid prosecution.

Could get interesting, if people live long enough to tell their story. I, for one, wish the both of them were in picture perfect health and did triathlons and ran marathons. I don’t want to see them get a pass due to the toll the stress is going to take on their health. And I for damned sure don’t want it all forgotten about because one or both kicked the bucket and there’s no need to let it all out. I want them at a defense table.

“A separate interview memo stated that Bill Clinton “mixes and matches his personal business with that of the foundation. “
~~~
This is the low hanging fruit of a corrupt charitable organization. It’s what any idiot does when they use such an org to better their own life, rather than to let it solely work for the charitable cause for which it was attended.
But the low hanging fruit isn’t even the serious corruption that appears to be what the Clinton Foundation is for. It’s how Bill and Hillary personally benefited in their own lives, not just what the foundation got, and it’s obvious that all the quid-pro-quo promises involved were intentionally and systematically secretive. IT’S THE VERY REASON WHY YOU DON’T CONDUCT YOUR BUSINESS ON STATE DEPARTMENT EMAIL SERVERS! While I’m quite sure they developed deep level (mostly verbal) channels for their dark dealings, they still wanted layers of protection. If you’re going to have day to day discussions via about who is meeting who, you certainly don’t want anyone to be able to go back after the fact and forensically build a case to support when and where meetings took place, among many other things.
These people are not new to this game. The email server was just one of the many many ways their hid their activites
The Clintons will be untouchable until media abandons them which isn’t out of the question but hasn’t happened yet.
So are they going to put the Foundation in prison?
Because we certainly can’t have Foundations running around thinking that they can get away with committing crimes like Democrat politicians from Arkansas can.
Democrat Adam Schiff just discovered he has b***s......says he's looking into Donald's connection to the Saudis.
But the money-hungry Clintons got to the Saudis and other Arabs first......and cashed in bigtime.
Hillary and Saudi King Abdullah circa 2012.
The Saudis placed multi-million dollar bets on 2016 Hillary to win. They showered the Clintons with petrodollars.
ITEM <><> Prince of Abu Dhabi and Foreign Minister of the United Arab Emirates Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed al Nahayan and the Al Nahayan family of Abu Dhabi's $5,000,000 donation to the Clinton Foundation's Global Initiative. got them (A) access to HRC at State Dept, and, (B) a $500,000 environmental speech by Bill Clinton given at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi while HRC was meeting in Washington with UAR's Shaikh Abdullah.
ITEM<><>EXCLUSIVE: Persian Gulf Sheikhs Gave Bill & Hillary $100 Million [VIDEO]
A Daily Caller News Foundation investigation reveals that Bill and Hillary Clinton received at least $100 million from autocratic Persian Gulf states and their leaders, potentially undermining Democratic presidential candidate Hillary’s claim she can carry out independent Middle East policies.
ITEM <><> As a presidential candidate, the amount of foreign cash the Clintons have amassed from the Persian Gulf states is “simply unprecedented,” says national security analyst Patrick Poole. “These regimes are buying access. You’ve got the Saudis, the Kuwaitis, Oman, Qatar and the UAE. There are massive conflicts of interest. It’s beyond comprehension,” Poole told TheDCNF in an interview.
ITEM <><> Overall, the Clinton Foundation has received upwards of $85 million in donations from five Persian Gulf states and their monarchs, according to the foundation’s website. Activist groups have charged the five states — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) — committed numerous human rights abuses.
ITEM <><>the Saudis helped stage Hillary's election night "victory"---giving her a huge expensive flat screen TV supposedly to air her crashing through a symbolic 500,000 dollar glass ceiling. (This from a kingdom where women are not allowed to drive).
ITEM <><> Several Persian Gulf states contributed millions to the Clinton presidential library in Arkansas.
ITEM<><> Saudi Arabia Funded 20% Of Hillary's Presidential Campaign, / Zerohedge ^ | Jun 14, 2016| Tyler Durden / FR Posted by xzins
(NOTE: It is illegal in the United States for foreign countries to influence the outcome of elections by funding candidates. That appears not to have stopped the Saudis, however.)
“Saudi Arabia provided with full enthusiasm 20 percent of the cost of Hillary Clinton’s election"......the report quoted Saudi Prince Mohammed as having said. According to the US Federal Election commission, over the past two years Clinton has raised a little more than $211.8 million. 20% of this sum is $42.4 million. The Saudi Press Agency reported on Monday that the senior royal was due to fly to Washington where he will meet Obama admin officials to discuss US-Saudi ties. --SNIP--
ITEM<><> Links between Saudi Arabia and the Clinton family, including with Hillary’s campaign, are well reported. In 2008, it was revealed that the Gulf kingdom had donated between $10m and $25m to the Clinton Foundation, a charity set up by Hillary’s husband and former US President Bill Clinton.
ITEM<><> The Centre for Studies and Media Affairs at the Saudi Royal Court paid public relations firm "The Podesta Group" $200,000 for a month- long project to provide “public relations services”. The Podesta Group was founded in 1988 by brothers John and Tony Podesta. John Podesta was Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign chair.
2010---Saudi Royals greet then-Secy Hillary (she checks to make sure she's on-camera). The suck-up begins.
An AP report found that more than half of State Dept Secy Hillary Clinton’s meetings
or phone calls with government outsiders were conducted with Clinton Foundation donors.
The Clintons had plenty of intel to sell---and they washed it through the "do-good" Clinton Foundation: NOTE WELL
This was not just the Clintons getting rich quick-----the greedy Clintons used inside information that impacted Americans'
safety and security to enrich themselves.
===================================
The take just from foreign entities while Hillary was Secy of State:
Chagoury Group received the “Sustainable Development Award” from the CGI. Chagoury helped the family of Nigerian dictator Sani Abacha hide his wealth stolen from Nigeria’s oil revenues.
<><> Confederation of Indian Industry <$1,000,000 to the Clintons got Access for Indian businesses to U.S. government officials.
“”However, The Hill reported Thursday that prosecutors working for Huber recently requested documents from a private investigative firm that also has been looking into the foundation. The firm, MDA Analytics LLC, reportedly has contacted the IRS, the Justice Department and the FBI’s Little Rock office with evidence from its own investigation.”
It doesn’t appear that Huber or his investigators have been doing much of anything they were appointed to do. Looks like they are going to depend on what someone else has already dug up. We should have been getting updates on any work Huber has been doing and there hasn’t been a peep out of him or his investigators. No details but at least we should have been told that they were on the job...With lack of any evidence to the contrary, they could all have been taking a long vacation on the taxpayer’s dime...
“No reasonable prosecutor” and all that.
Seems like we need to find an unreasonable prosecutor.
