This just gave me an idea. Sign an executive order that ever dollar spent on an illegal immigrant mandates an equal dollar to be spent on border wall funding. Not just for legal services but for anything including food stamps, medical care and incarceration.
If illegal immigration is such a winning proposition, then the border wall will never get funded. Otherwise . . .

Well I hope this is being stopped under Trump!
I see no indication that it is though; according to the press release linked in the article “HHS likely plans to obligate the $78 million remaining on the contracts.”
So yeah, bad on Obama. But it’s not good if Trump doesn’t stop the HHS in its apparent plans to spend the rest of the money!
