The tagline keep Portland weird never really seems to go out of style. The Oregon citys mayor will shortly be rolling out a new program designed to expand the citys police force. Given all the Antifa violence theyre dealing with, that sounds like a good idea. But these new officers arent exactly cops. Theyre Public Safety Support Specialists or PS3s, and they wont be carrying firearms or responding to emergency calls. So what exactly are they going to be doing?

like Obola with Bergdahl?
No problem... their ANTIFA deputies will have the guns.
Same thing as the existing police do in Portland. Safe guard the antifa brownshirt fascists and ensure that their opposition is persecuted.
So like Chicago Airport Police who don't jump into action until there is an uppity elderly passenger on a United flight...
What are they doing?
Collecting a pay check!
Oh I’m not a Law Enforcement Officer, I’m a Law Encroachment Monitor.

Remember - according to a Supreme Court ruling uniformed police officers have no legal requirement to protect individual citizens. This includes even citizens that have a restraining order against a man who eventually kills the woman who filed for the order.
If need law enforcement help always request the Sherriff Department. They may be later but they still have a legal requirement to protect and serve the private citizen.
Ha! The closest these guys can get to a brainstorm is a light drizzle.
Here's an idea - arm them with hockey pucks.
How about some Bobbies on bicycles, two by two?

Second, Increase Government benefits.
Then: NO COPS!!
Finally, release all the people in jail!
There are going to be a lot of dead cops in Portland.
Yes. And inflating the civil servant/locked-in voter rolls too.
I think it's the PS3s that are going to be at high risk.
There’s going to be a lot of cops in Portland looking for new jobs.
