Secret Service agents recently paid a visit to washed up actor Tom Arnold and interviewed him about his threatening tweets towards President Trump.
Mother Jones exclusively obtained the video of the SS agents questioning Tom Arnold for an hour in his home on October 25th to determine if he posed a threat to President Trump.

I really don’t think the secret service makes a habit of recording and releasing these “interviews”. At the same time, I suppose it’s his right to record anything in his own home. Is there something The ss can do?

California makes it a crime to record or eavesdrop on any confidential communication, including a private conversation or telephone call, without the consent of all parties to the conversation. See Cal. Penal Code § 632.
Don’t know if that would be a valid re-proach by the FIBers.

You have no expectation of privacy in the owner’s home.
