Meanwhile, thousands of illegal migrants traveling in a caravan from Central America have made their way to Tijuana. They are on the Mexican side of the border waiting to make asylum claims in the U.S. The Trump administration recently implemented a new policy that allows migrants to claim asylum only at official ports of entry. Approximately 100 cases per day are completed and wait times can be as long as six months.
Because of the overwhelming numbers of people expected to arrive in the coming days, the Department of Homeland Security has shut down a number of lanes at major ports of entry in order to ensure an orderly process.

A week ago they were 1000 miles from the border. They did not walk 1000 miles in a week. Left wing organizations affilitated with George Soros arranged transportation for them. This invasion is an organized effort of the left wing. If successful, millions will come after them. It is that simple.

The fence needs to be at least twice as high and needs a 40 foot wide pit just as deep filled with 20 foot vertical spikes, spaced less than a foot apart, and filled with 10 feet of razor wire. Anyone who falls in and survives has to get out on their own.
I believe one of the DEATH WISH movies had such a scene as that.

I’ve been PULLED OVER by the people you claim don’t exist (for taking pictures along the fence).
As to water cannon - agree, that was more of a suggestion (or hope). But it’s hard to see how the non-existent Border Patrol will stand by and watch their fence be destroyed.

I think it could be improved with the modifications I suggested. It could also use 100 foot observation towers (armed with remote controlled .50 caliber machine guns) spaced 1000 feet apart to monitor the situation.
I could go on but I don't think we're serious about border control until we implement something like it.
