The fence needs to be at least twice as high and needs a 40 foot wide pit just as deep filled with 20 foot vertical spikes, spaced less than a foot apart, and filled with 10 feet of razor wire. Anyone who falls in and survives has to get out on their own.
You'd have a point if the Concertina wire were only at the top of the fence instead from top to the bottom of the entire fence.
