Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, both members of the Judiciary Committee, called on the White House Monday to make a deal to fill court vacancies.

They offered accepting Judge James Rogan, a Trump pick, as long as their choice — Judge Lucy Koh — is also confirmed. They also proposed that each party select a nominee from the other’s list to confirm.

On a side note, anyone remember Judge Jim Rogan when he was Congressman Jim Rogan, one of the House managers of the Clinton impeachment? He’s a really good guy. I’ve heard him speak. Very impressed. Kudos to the President for nominating him for the federal bench.

Nope, not unless you count the explicit threats they previously made about investigating anyone and everyone in the WhiteHouse in their committees.
But if it were me, I’d just go ahead and assume they’ll do all that anyway, regardless of what they do on Judicial nominees.
