A Leon County circuit judge ruled Tuesday that the recount of midterm votes in Palm Beach County, Fla., will be extended to Nov. 20, five days after the initial deadline.

The order will extend recounts for a U.S. Senate race between incumbent Sen. Bill Nelson (D) and Gov. Rick Scott (R), as well as the gubernatorial race between former Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) and Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum (D).

The Florida recount, which is taking place in Palm Beach and Broward counties, has become contentious, with all sides accusing each other of dishonorable behavior.

It would be blatant, unprecedented and in-your-face fraud. If they do it, we need to demand that the GOP Senate refuses to seat Nelson. Which the Senate has every right and the power to do.

Phucket It. Might as well extend it defiantly. It doesn't matter anymore. We've lost this country and the only way to get it back is to take it.

Broward & Palm Beach can’t drop a 10K change without it sticking out like a sore thumb.

They will do everything possible to prove that sore thumbs happen all the time and they make perfect sense in their counties.

recounts are only useful to the democrats since they, imho, have already inserted more than enough illegal and extra ballots to win. Lawlessness and globalist monies now rule and control the US political system. It’s the golden rule and clearly, it will never be successfully challenged by mere words!

“no. this must be overturned. a judge CANNOT make up election law on the fly.

this is 2000 REDUX.

Supremes must step in and halt.”

Yep. Changing the election rules already previously established by law after the election took place. Just like they tried in 2000.

You would think they were trying to get extra time after the rest of the state’s counties have posted their results so they would know how many votes to create. When have we seen that before? LAST F’N WEEK! I guess if it worked last week and you got away with it, why not?

Oh good GAWD, Rat judges interfering AGAIN!! Why bother to have any election laws?

Why do counties run by corrupt black Rats always get their own set of rules? !? Is everyone that terrified of being called a racist?

We are all getting a little touchy. Step back, take a deep breath.

I am not touchy. I am pissed and my breathing is quite normal thank you.

Surely they can print and mark up enough ballots to put the Dems over the top before then!

Image of Karen Gievers

Karen Gievers is a judge on the Second Circuit Court in Florida. She was first elected to this position on November 2, 2010.

Gievers was up for re-election in 2016. No other candidates filed for the primary race, which was to be held on August 30, 2016. The unopposed election was canceled, and Gievers was automatically re-elected to a six-year term ending in January 2023. From what I can tell she is a Democrat.

They will keep on stuffing the ballot box til the “Right” person wins..always happens..my honest opinion, the Dems did NOT win the House last week, they STOLE it..every single close race needs to be investigated

Sometimes I like to read at night before bed. You know...light, feel good stuff.

Florida has an open records law whereby the email and text messages of public officials such as....Ms. Brenda Snipes are to be made available to the public upon request.

Thats exactly the kind of reading material that could give me a great nights sleep.

They can and if they are a Democrat.

And if the GOP is throwing the fight. How could the GOP not be prepared for this after the last two years of DemocRat caterwauling?

No reason to take it out on your fellow freepers. That was my point. Not that I am above that sort of thing.
