Broward’s elections supervisor accidentally mixed more than a dozen rejected ballots with nearly 200 valid ones, a circumstance that is unlikely to help Brenda Snipes push back against Republican allegations of incompetence.
The mistake — for which no one had a solution Friday night — was discovered after Snipes agreed to present 205 provisional ballots to the Broward County canvassing board for inspection. She had initially intended to handle the ballots administratively, but agreed to present them to the canvassing board after Republican attorneys objected.
“We have found no clear authority controlling the situation faced by the board,” said Broward County Attorney Andrew Meyers.

Why do you think that is?
I think some states with various types of bllots have bar codes on them. I would guess they can determine quite a bit from the codes.
I think in the AZ case where the Recorder was supoosed ot keep things separate byut m ixed them in they could likely scan envelope bar code and find matching unverified ballots that he mixed in.
Provisional ballots with no envelopes, I’m not so sure if they could be figured out some how, maybe they had the person sign in on a sheet where it also documents what provsional ballot they got if it has a bar code?
All i know is voting it NOT anonymous anymore, they have ways to know who voted and how whether you use machines or ballots.
