I said "seems to". :)

That's what it looks like so far.

One would hope that you're right, of course.

A Judge should order all ballot counting halted and that the Staff immediately vacate the premises. After that, he should secure all the ballots and appoint an independent vote counting committee to go I there and perform the recount.

So much for liberals and “diversity”. Reminds me of New York city where the city gave black firefighters a $97 million dollar settlement from a lawsuit that complained that the NYFD was not diverse enough. Yet almost all hospital workers are black or Hispanic, traffic cops are either black or Indian and the 911 operators are almost all black women.

The Florida Secretary of State, a republican, has to certify the results. If they aren’t able to be certified due to hanky-panky, they can’t be counted.

Exactly

So, the cheats have a no lose proposition

They are never arrested
It might work
At worst, they delegitimize the winner
They might get a do over

I’m listening to a radio program that comes out of Broward and the host is begging Pam Bondi to get herself to Broward and do something.
This Snipes woman has a history of these shenanigans and keeps getting away with it.

this is so ridiculous, it’s impossible to understand why people aren’t being arrested.

It's simple.

Apparently these are not "Laws" in the usual sense of the term. More like Guidelines, Suggestions, or Helpful Hints because there are no consequences for violating them.

It's been that way for election after election in Floriduh.

I am going to suppose that those ‘ballots’ can be produced ahead of time, and ‘found’ when, um, needed ... that’s why they can have such a large number of ballots conveniently “turn up”.

If I was in charge, the largest county (Libs) would report the count 1st. Then the next largest...... This way the Libs have at least publicly announced the count and they will have difficulty in finding enough votes to elect a Lib.

Dems trying to delegitimize if not steal every GOP victory they can. We’ve seen this movie before. A thousand times.

I hope Brenda didnt send some of the ballot committee girls over to give him a (cough) gift under his desk (smirk).

The DemonRats have been doing this forever because none of their king pins every go to prison. They’ve gotten away with it before, so they’re emboldened.

Laws are only for the chumps, not them.

If we can’t rely on the ballot box, that invites chaos and justice by other means.

And that is why Soros is funding state SoS and AG elections throughout the country.

xecutive Order 13799 (E.O. 13799, 82 FR 22389), titled Establishment of Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, is an executive order signed by U.S. President Donald Trump on May 11, 2017.[1][2] The Trump administration has said the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity (PEIC) would review claims of voter fraud, improper registration, and voter suppression.[3] Critics and civil rights groups have argued that such claims are unfounded and that the intent of the order is to enable the surpression of voting rights.[4]

This country has absolutely no ground to stand on in criticizing any other country’s electoral process. This current mess is deeply corrupt... by design.

We are no better than any other country with fixed elections.
